Pioneer Museum

The Museum grounds, its 22 buildings, the artifacts and memorabilia that make up the many displays date back to the early settlers. The Museum’s collections truly represent the cultural history and heritage of the people of Gunnison County. The Gunnison Pioneer Museum aims to preserve the history of those people that have come to Colorado and the Gunnison Country to make a life in the High Rockies.
