This photo gallery shows what working in the Hub is like. Enjoy a colorful, well-lit main room with comfortable seating. Call rooms provide quiet places to work or take meetings. The conference room is equipped with video conference equipment. The warehouse has storage and space for packing and distribution. 

A small number of private offices are available for rent here. Offices are optionally furnished with a desk, chair and filing cabinet at no extra charge. 

The Hub has storage space available for products, equipment, gear, signs or anything else you may need space for. You do not need to rent an office to utilize storage space.

The warehouse provides space for light assembly, packing products, and shipping and receiving. It is equipped with a loading bay and a garage door where large orders can be received and sent out. 

Q: Is coworking offered? 
A: Currently, we are not offering coworking for anyone who does not rent an office. 

Q: Is there parking?
A: Yes, there is free and easy parking. 

Q: Is it close to any RTA bus stops?
A: Yes, it is close to the Gunnison Rec Center stop and the Spencer & HWY 135 stop. 

Q: Do I have to have worked with the ICELab before to use the space? 
A: No, it is open to any exporter business in Gunnison County.
