80’s Retro Revolution
Join YOUR Community Radio Station, KBUT, for our 2nd annual, 80s Retro Revolution Dance and Rollerskating Party at the Big Mine Ice Arena in Crested Butte! Taking place on Saturday, September 12th from 6-9:30pm with DJ Triple L spinning tunes from the decade of big hair, bold moves, and breakbeats! So lace up those skates or dancing shoes, tease that hair, rock the neon garb, and moonwalk your way into a night of totally tubular time travel! We’re throwing this party for YOU- as a community member or visitor to have the time of your life. See you at the rink, it’s gonna be totally radical! Be there or be square!

Annual events in Crested Butte and Gunnison
Gunnison Valley is also host to several beloved annual events. A classic winter event is The Alley Loop, a Nordic ski race that doubles as a costume contest. In fall, Mt.
