DESCRIPTION:PINK IN THE RINK WOMEN’S HOCKEY TOURNAMENT Every dollar we raise from this tournament goes to the Friends of Tough Program which is designated for financial assistance to individuals to assist with medical expenses\, living expenses\, travel expenses\, house cleaning\, lodging\, etc. $240\,000 has been granted since 2015 through the Friends of Tough program to help individuals in the Gunnison Valley who were impacted financially due to a cancer diagnosis (lost wages\, travel expenses for treatment\, etc). It is a tremendous relief of stress for the people we are helping so they can focus on kicking cancer’s butt!
