SUMMARY:A Walk in The Woods
DESCRIPTION:Sometimes we don’t need to figure everything out. Sometimes we just need to walk. Join CB State of Mind and Kaitlyn Seifert\, founder of Ohm Zone\, for a monthly walk through the woods designed to slow down\, reconnect\, and make space to breathe. We’ll take a gentle-paced walk along the Lower Loop with meditation prompts\, reflection\, and opportunities to connect with ourselves\, each other\, and the natural world. No meditation experience necessary\, and no pressure to talk. ?? Approximately 2 hours ?? Gentle-paced walk ?? Meditation + reflection ?? Free and open to all
