A complimentary bar with both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be provided\, and food will be available for purchase from food truck favorites Vegan AF and Southern Belle! TRANSPORTATION TO THE VENUE New this year: A FREE event bus provided by Mt. Express will run continuously from the dirt CBMR parking lot to Ted Scheske Park from 11:45 am to 4:15 pm during the day of the event. Please walk\, bike\, or utilize the free event bus! There will be no public parking allowed at the venue–it will be limited to ADA and Vendor vehicles ONLY. Parking along Gothic Rd. is prohibited. Cars parked along Gothic Rd. will be subject to being ticketed and towed. Non-service animal pets\, outside alcohol\, and weapons are strictly prohibited. DESCRIPTION:Join Western Universities Wilderness Pursuits at their annual gear swap. Got some gear to sell? Want to check out some other great used and new gear? Join our open market on November 5th\, 2025 12-2pm and 4-6pm at Western’s UC Ballroom. We will also have a ticketed giveaway of some great new gear and experiences to raise funds for the Wilderness Pursuits program\, which helps get students outside in an affordable manner. This will be a cash only event\, so please plan accordingly. If you would like to sell your own gear please drop it off at the Wilderness Pursuits office on November 1st\, 4th\, and 5th between 10-3pm. Please price your own gear with the minimum price being $5. Wilderness Pursuits will receive a 20% commission to help with our fundraising efforts. See you there!

DESCRIPTION:The Crested Butte Snowsports Foundation (CBSF) is proud to announce that its annual Winter Gear Swap will be held on Friday\, November 7th and Saturday\, November 8th\, at the Lodge at Mountaineer Square conference center in Mt. Crested Butte. The Winter Gear Swap will take place on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday\, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. with CBSF scholarship donations accepted at the door and throughout the swap. To sell your gear\, Gear Drop off Locations and Times: Saturday\, Oct. 25 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Gunnison Rec. Center Sunday\, Oct. 26 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Zuni West Brewing in CB South Friday: Suggested donation $25 Saturday: Free to the public. Donations are always appreciated. Entry: Enter through the main doors into the Lodge at Mountaineer Square near the Coffee Lab. Any unsold gear must be picked up before 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Remaining gear will be considered donated.
