Summer Workshop Series

Treat your body to a full mobility session led by Taylor Randoll, Functional Fitness Specialist. You will be guided to practice moves that alleviate pain, build strength and stretch the body as you learn why these moves work for your body and how/when to apply them to your regular workout or activity routines. Taking charge of your mobility puts you in charge of your body, your sports, as well as how you feel as you age.
