Learn to cook traditional Indian cuisine from scratch. Make the samosa pastry shell, mix up the savory
filling, fill and form into samosa “pockets,” and deep fry the entire pastry for a traditional Indian meal.
Then, whip up two accompanying sauces – cilantro mint chutney and traditional raita. Take away
leftovers and printed recipes so you can recreate the experience at home. Instructor: Elizabeth
