poached oysters with a classic mignonette; and New York strip with glace-di viande and pomme-frites.
“Stocks & Soups” (January 4) and “French Mother Sauces & Beyond” (January 17) classes are perfect
preludes to mastering this lovely culinary experience, or it may be taken as a stand-alone offering. Held
