Barre Sculpt Wednesdays, 5:30 – 6:30 pm. Winter Session: January 22 – March 11. (11 classes) Spring Session: March 25 – May 13. (11 classes) Lift your seat, tone your muscles, and feel the burn in this hour long barre workout class. We’ll use the fundamentals of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates to sculpt long lean dancer bodies. All of the movements are small and will work each of your muscles to fatigue. This is a low impact, full body workout designed to not only make you stronger physically but also mentally. No dance experience required! Guys welcome! Bring a yoga mat (optional: 2-5 lb. hand weights, resistance bands, sm. Pilates ball and/or yoga blocks.)
